• Import Facility allows APS to Interface with any Product or Software Package.
• e-mail & SMS notifications are sent when Transactions are received by BDB.
• Transactions (Successful & Failed) are available online.

Limits

Your company sets limits in conjunction with your BDB Consultant:

• Item Limit, i.e. the maximum item value per transaction
• Aggregate limit, i.e. the total value of all the transactions per Payment Request submitted.

Post-Dated Facility

• Payments can be post-dated in advance

Notification

• After Payment Requests have been submitted via APS, you will receive an e-mail and/or SMS informing you that BDB has received your payment request.
• Similarly BDB will e-mail and/or SMS transactions that have failed and reasons for failure.
