Client Front End Data Capturing Program

BDB CFE (Client Front End) for WINDOWS was developed by BDB Data Bureau to enable clients working on more modern operating systems to capture and export data to BDB Data Bureau for processing. BDB CFE for WINDOWS allows the user to capture, edit and delete both credit and debit batches.

BDB CFE for WINDOWS allows the user the facility to have more than one user code for both debit and credit entries. A user can now also have various batches per user code captured. Users can select the level of security of sub users on the system. Passwords can be allocated to various users and all can have access to various security levels on the BDB CFE for WINDOWS package. All files exported from BDB CFE for WINDOWS are encrypted for additional security. The users with ‘ADMINISTRATIVE” security rights can decrypt the files. The captured data files are send via e-mail or “web dump” to BDB Data Bureau for processing.

Files can be printed at the local printer or over a network to a remote printer. Errors can now also be printed on a separate report for correction. An updated TSM900 branch and account number file is built into BDB CFE for WINDOWS. A search function was also added for clients with large database files – to easily find and edit a specific person or amount.

System Functionality - EFT

The BDB EFT System is an automated, managed solution with rich reporting functionality. We take away the time and effort associated with EFT and manage the process on your behalf in a secure, reliable manner. Importantly, our system allows you to still maintain a high degree control of your EFT collections.

Importing and exporting of files/data are safe and secure. These can be sent in the form of reports or in flat file format to be read into most commonly used accounting packages.

Our system has been designed in a way that allows a high level of flexibility. Hence, we are able to offer APTUS a customized solution, based on your needs going forward.

Support and Maintenance

There is no additional software or hardware required by the client. All of our system enhancements and maintenance are managed internally with no impact on the client.

The BDB Debit Order System is a fully automated, managed solution with rich reporting functionality. We take away the time and effort associated with debit order collections and manage the entire collection process on your behalf in a secure reliable manner. Importantly, our system allows you to still maintain a high degree control of your debit order collections.
